Keira's First Camping Trip! | Charlottesville Photographer

We went camping with some friends for our lovely long weekend and 4th of July celebration! Keira loved it and even slept through the REALLY loud fireworks!

The camp site was on the Ty River in Nelson County, about 15 minutes from Devils Backbone Brewing Company which was very convenient!

We were the first ones awake in the morning and we started surveying the damage from the other people who were up a lot later than we were...we think they had fun ;). Keira found this poor unopened beer... PBR, Breakfast of Champions.

Then we went tubing/floating in the river! Keira had her own tube that she loved the first day, but wasn't too sure about the cold river water on the second day. She was much happier in daddy's lap.

What's a better way to dry off from the river than naked play time!

All in all, camping was a success and we look forward to doing it again soon!! Thank you to Scott and his family for having us!
