I got to hang out with little Sean this morning. He was sooooo freakin' cute and has the BLUEST eyes EVER! I swear I didn't enhance them at all!

I had an amazing morning. I spent a couple of hours at UVA Hospital's NICU and PICU units doing  family portraits for some of the patients. Some of the babies were  better, some were worse, but there was absolutely nothing but love and hope in each of the rooms. It makes me very thankful for the health of my child- I could never imagine being in those parents shoes. I am so lucky to be able to give this gift to these families. Thank you.

Laurel is One! | Charlottesville Family Photographer

Miss Laurel is one! It's been so fun documenting her first year and seeing how much she's changed from  newborn, to three-months, to six-months, to nine-months and finally now to her one-year-old shoot!
