A Surprise Proposal! | Charlottesville Engagement Photographer

Oh. My. Goodness. This was just the sweetest thing I have EVER seen! I started planning this surprise proposal with Mark about a month ago. He and his now fiancee, Lauren, were visiting the area. He arranged for a private car to take them around on a little wine tour. They ended at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyard, where I was waiting for them! It was one of the most beautiful fall days in the history of the world, so it seemed like everyone in C'Ville was at Pippin drinking wine. Oh, and not to mention there was also a wedding going on! I knew he would be nervous when they showed up and saw this large audience! He took Lauren out to the grassy area overlooking the breathtaking skyline, and after a few minutes of awkward jitters, he got down on one knee and poped the question! She was so shocked, and so happy! Congrats you two, and thank you for having me be a small part of that amazing moment!!

I love this couple. I first met them last summer and did their engagement session in their hometown, NYC, which was so fun! Their wedding last night was at the amazingly beautiful Clifton Inn. Sarah looked absolutely stunning and everything came together perfectly.
