So Much CUTENESS | Charlottesville Photographer

This is my new adorable little guy, Felix! xoxox.

And this is my sweet little munchkin helping with the barn chores :)

And as if that's not enough, this is my parent's new puppy, Charlie. I can't even handle it.

Bassets, Flowers, and Child | Charlottesville Family Photographer

Keira and I went to my parents house for dinner last night. It turned into an evening with lots of photo ops (of course). First, my parents have two Basset Hounds, Frank and Tina, who are oh so photogenic!

Tina:

And Frank... did you know Basset Hounds can jump?!

All that exertion made him very tired.

Keira LOVES Frank.

And Mimi.

My mom got some beautiful flowers for her birthday... happy birthday mom :)

the end.

Fishies! | Charlottesville Photographer

Have you ever tried to photograph fish in an aquarium? It's really quite a challenge! We bought Keira some "fishies" because she loves Oma and Opa's fishies so much - it was the right thing to do. And naturally, I had to try and take their photo.

Reasons why it's hard to photograph fish:
1. If you have a toddler who loves the fishies, there are a ga-zillion finger prints on the tank.
2. If you have the tank positioned just so on the counter, there are windows on every side no matter how you look at it = major reflections.
3. The front side of the tank is curved = major distortion.
4. Fish don't EVER stop moving.

These are our new fish. Who still don't have names. They're just known as  "the fishies". Feel free to leave name suggestions in the comments :).

The "so ugly he's cute" one:

Frank and Max | Charlottesville Pet Photographer

This is Frank.

This is Max.

Frank and Max are best friends.

Until Max tries to eat Frank while Frank is resting. Don't mess with Frank while he's resting.

So Frank sits on Max.

Frank wins.

This is Tina.

She just watches the silly boys wrestle. She can't be bothered with wrestling.

The end.

Knut | Charlottesville Pet Photographer

I am a total dog person so I was pretty excited when I got a call to photograph a champion Keeshond! Knut is such a sweet guy and he really loved playing in the snow. He also was kind of a ham and really liked my camera! Here's a sneak peek!
