2nd Anual Finks Diamond Dash | Charlottesville Event Photographer

I had a blast photographing the Fink's Diamond Dash on the Downtown Mall last weekend! There were about 200 teams of two, racing, I mean SPRINTING, all over downtown Charlottesville! To play, the system texts you clues and sends you to different locations downtown. Once you are there, you text back the answer and it sends the next clue. The team with the most points at the end wins a FAB $15,000 Ritani Diamond courtesy of Fink's Jewelers! Here are some of the players in action!

And the winners are...

He's in law school, she's a teacher. This was their third attempt at winning the ring, the first two times, they came in second place!

Here's the grand prize!

Congrats to the winners, and many thanks to Fink's, Chris d Scott Photography for videoing the event, the X-Lounge for the awesome after party, 106.1 The Corner and Z95 DJ's Brad Savage and Les Sinclair, and SCVNGR for putting on the event!

Fink's Diamond Dash | Charlottesville Event Photographer

We had a blast at Fink's Diamond Dash yesterday in downtown Charlottesville! Thanks to all the great sponsors, event planners, and teams that made the event a big success!

And they're off... The teams got texted clues that lead them all over the downtown area. Once they got to the correct location, they would text back the answers and wait for the next clue. People sprinted all over doing this for two hours! Quite a workout!

The grand prize... a BEAUTIFUL $15k Ritani diamond ring!

The winners! So cute and SO excited!! Congrats you two!

A big thanks to Chris for shooting with me! Click HERE to view more photos (more from the photo booth will be up on Monday)!
